Delivery time begins after receipt of payment. For custom-made jewelry, an additional production time may apply.

3. Processing Time / Manufacturing

In-stock jewelry is usually shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Custom-made or customized jewelry requires additional production time depending on the design.

4. Shipping Carrier

Shipping is usually done with DHL.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, if available for the selected shipping method.

6. Customs and Import Duties for Non-EU Countries

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import duties may apply. These costs are to be borne by the recipient locally and are not levied by Symbolas.
